General booking conditions

Accepted Payments: cash, checks, holiday vouchers, American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Carte Bleue, PayPal

For companies, we establish agreements with the possibility of deferred payment by check or bank transfer.

Hotel Chez Maurice reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card prior to the arrival date.

Tourist tax per day and per person: 4% of the net room rate (excluding taxes).

Pets are allowed (see supplement with management).

In case of late cancellation, modification, or no-show, the hotel charges 100% of the first night. For cancellations or modifications up to 2 days before the arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge up to 30% of the amount.

General Booking Conditions

I - Rates

The rates are per night.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Breakfast is extra at €6 / person / day.

Room rental is from noon to 10:00 a.m.

II - Booking Guarantee

To guarantee your reservation received by email or phone, we require your credit card number and expiration date. A 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, with the balance payable directly to the hotel. Please notify the hotel in case of arrival after 7:00 p.m.

To guarantee your reservation directly through our online booking system, a 50% deposit will be required for any reservation made up to 3 days before your arrival, and full payment for reservations made less than 3 days before arrival.

According to hotel practice, rooms are available to guests from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you need to cancel, please respect the cancellation deadlines.

Providing a credit card number commits the client to the hotel and implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, your personal information remains accessible and can be modified.

III - Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before your arrival. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained.

In case of no-show, the deposit will be retained.

For group reservations, the free cancellation deadline is one week for more than 3 rooms and 72 hours for less than 3 rooms. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained.

Deadlines are calculated from the client’s arrival date.

IV - Extras

All extras (telephone, bar, etc.) must be settled on site before departure.

Breakfast is extra at €6 / day / person.

Wi-Fi is free and unlimited throughout the establishment.

If these services are not settled, the amounts will be directly charged.

V - Insurance

The hotel shall be released from all obligations in case of force majeure or unforeseen events (fire, water damage).

VI – Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon issuance of the invoice.

VII - Complaints

Any dispute or complaint must be sent to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum of 8 days after the client’s departure.

After this deadline, no claim will be accepted.

Any luggage left in our establishment without prior notice to reception will only be kept
